How long does it take to make my order?
Every piece is handcrafted in the USA to order. Current turnaround time is 7–14 business days before shipment. During high-demand periods or for heavily customized pieces, turnaround may extend slightly — we'll communicate any delays promptly.
Can I rush my order?
Rush requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Shipping
How long does shipping take after my order ships?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment via USPS or UPS. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shop.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus on domestic U.S. shipping. Contact us for international inquiries and we'll see what we can do.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Absolutely — customization is at the heart of what we do. We offer monogramming, name stamps, and custom sizing on select pieces. Reach out via our Contact page before ordering to discuss your vision.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Yes. We love a challenge. Custom commissions are available for wallets, holsters, sheaths, and other leather goods. Lead times for fully custom work vary — contact us to get a quote and timeline.
Materials
What leathers do you use?
We work with premium, responsibly sourced hides including:
- Vegetable-tanned cowhide — the gold standard for tooling, carving, and long-lasting durability. Develops a rich patina over time.
- Full-grain cowhide — rugged, natural-grain leather built for everyday carry.
- Alligator / exotic hides — available on select premium pieces for a bold, distinctive look.
All materials are selected for quality, durability, and character.
Leather Care
How do I care for my leather goods?
Proper care extends the life of your piece and enhances its natural patina:
- Condition regularly with a quality leather conditioner (we recommend Leather Honey or Neatsfoot oil) every 3–6 months, or when leather feels dry.
- Keep it dry — if your leather gets wet, blot (don't rub) and let it air dry away from direct heat.
- Store properly — keep leather away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Avoid harsh chemicals — no alcohol-based cleaners or household solvents.
Will my leather develop a patina?
Yes — and that's a feature, not a flaw. Vegetable-tanned leather ages beautifully with use, deepening in color and character over time. Your piece becomes uniquely yours.
Warranty & Satisfaction
Do your products come with a warranty?
We stand behind every piece we make. If your item has a craftsmanship defect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
